2009 Infiniti G37 coupe-- Power and luxury rolled into one

Nissan's U.S arm makes a bold statement in the luxury segment with the launch of 2009 Infiniti G37 coupe. The automaker's intention was very much clear from the very beginning when it refined the powerplant and replenished the Infiniti G37 coupe with an all-new 7-speed automatic transmission to take on BMW, Mercedes Benz and Audi head-on. The dynamic design in the exterior and the refined interior stacked with hi-tech equipment and user-friendly features makes it a worthy contender in the luxury sports coupe segment. Hendrick Automotive Group's exclusive showroom for new Infiniti vehicles at San Francisco offers this upscale rear-wheel drive coupe to its customers in all its variations. Trim levels for the Coupe include G37 base, G37 Journey, G37S Sport 6MT, and G37x AWD.

All the variants promise improved efficiency, smooth ride and high performance, thanks to the 3.7-liter V6 engine that produces 330 hp and 270lb-ft of torque. Apart from the standard 7-speed AT, the G37 Coupe is also available with a 6-speed manual transmission. The wider gear ratios offer better fuel efficiency which is rated at 17/25mpg city/highway on the manual transmission and an extra mpg on automatic transmission. The sports suspension of the coupe does add a lively feel to the drive, reminding that this is no luxury softly-sprung tourer.

With a bevy of standard and optional equipment on offer, 2009 Infiniti G37 coupe is an impressive buy. Standard features include intelligent I-key with smart access and push button starter, Bluetooth phone connectivity, cruise control, automatic climate control; tilt/telescopic leather-wrapped steering wheel w/radio controls and leather upholstery among others. Major optional packages include a Premium Package, a Navigation Package, a Technology Package, a Sport Package, and Performance Tire and Wheel Package as well as some stand-alone convenience features.
